Corporate Visa / 企业集团签证
A Corporate Visa is a temporary work authorisation granted not to a foreign employee, but to a corporate entity (e.g. a mine) to employ a pre-determined number of skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled workers.
This visa enables a corporate applicant to employ a large number of foreign nationals for a specific period. A Corporate Visa is granted subject to an assessment by the Department of the need by the corporate applicant to employ foreigners, and after taking into consideration inputs from the Department of Labour.Our

Intra-Company Transfer Work Visa / 公司内部调动签证
Employees of multi-national organisations with a branch or affiliate company in South Africa may apply for an Intra-Company Transfer Work Visa.
These candidates are then transferred to the South African branch for period of up to 4 years at a time. Candidates must have been employed by the foreign entity for a period of no less than six (6) months and the application must be submitted in the candidates’ home country or country of temporary residence

Critical Skills Work Visa / 关键技能工作签证
In terms of Section 19(4) of the Immigration Act, 2002 as amended, a Critical Skills Work Visa is granted on a showing that an individual possesses such skills or qualifications. Typical skills listed on the Critical Skills list are engineers, corporate general managers, scientists, physicists, technicians, architects, quantity surveyors, risk assessors, integrated developers, IT specialists, health professionals, industrial pharmacists, tradesman, specialist support foreign language speakers, academic etc.

General Work Visa / 一般工作签证
A General Work Visa may be issued to any foreign national who intends to take up employment in South Africa on the basis of a firm offer of employment. The amendment of the Immigration Act in 2014, saw the introduction of a Department of Labour Certificate process for those who wish to apply for a General Work Visa and this includes applications for renewals.
However, individuals who currently hold General Work Visas and wish to continue their employment in South Africa, may apply to the Minister to waive the Department of Labour Certificate requirement.
